One engine underneath. Your school's name on the front. Live today at a university, and running a whole K-12 school end to end.
The problem
Where most schools keep the truth: on paper
A parent asks for a report from two years ago and someone spends an afternoon looking.
Bank alerts, WhatsApp screenshots, a separate accounts package, payments with no child's name.
Teachers re-entering the same information into three places instead of teaching.
When leaving means losing three years of records, staying stops being a choice.
What is different
Other vendors hand every school the same template with the logo swapped. We build your platform around your school, then run it from one engine we maintain. Students, parents and staff see your school. The engine stays quiet.
One connected system
Admissions feeds the pupil record. The pupil record feeds fees, attendance and reports. Nothing is typed twice, and nothing sits in a spreadsheet on somebody's laptop.
Standout one · The books
A double-entry accounting engine built into the platform, not a fees spreadsheet with a total at the bottom. Your accountant gets real books, and the ledger is hash-chained so historic entries cannot be quietly rewritten.
| Account | Debit | Credit |
|---|---|---|
| Tuition fees income | - | 418,500 |
| Fees receivable | 96,250 | - |
| Staff salaries | 184,300 | - |
| SSNIT payable | - | 24,760 |
| Balanced ✓ | 642,910 | 642,910 |
Standout two · Teaching and learning
One-tap online classes with attendance captured automatically as students join. No roll call.
Setting, sitting, marking and external moderation in one flow, with auto-marked quizzes alongside.
Students and staff check in by scan. Staff clock-in is geofenced to the campus.
Weekly timetables against an academic calendar, with teaching windows that open on schedule.
Teacher submits, coordinator reviews, head approves, then it publishes. Corrections carry a reason.
Merits and penalties logged against pupils and staff, feeding termly patterns rather than memory.
Standout three · Parents and families
Installable on any Android or iPhone straight from the browser, with no app store account needed, and built to work on low-end phones and patchy data. That is what most families in the school actually carry.
How we charge
Your subscription is calculated on fees you have actually collected. A pupil whose fees have not come in is not billed for. When your collection is down, so is your bill.
Not on headcount, not in advance. The platform already knows what came in, so the calculation is visible rather than asserted.
Every teacher, every non-teaching staff member, every parent and guardian. No per-seat charge, no limits.
A live dashboard showing the current period, the pupils counted and the amount accruing. No surprise invoice.
Already running
Three connected apps under one student identity: the campus portal, the public website with admissions, and the digital library.
The deepest build to date: a whole school run end to end, from the early years room to the balance sheet.
Before and after
Getting there
We sit with your team and map how the school actually runs, not how software assumes it runs.
Your classes, streams, subjects, fee structures, roles and crest. Your platform, not a template.
Your existing records and history brought across, so day one is not an empty system.
Administrators first, then staff. Configured so you can run it without calling us.
Start with one year group if the board prefers, then widen once staff are confident.
Support and maintenance are included in the subscription, not billed on top. Hosting, security updates, backups, fixes and improvements for as long as you are with us. You should be calling us about new ideas, not about keeping the lights on.
Two hours with your head, your accountant and one teacher. We come back with your platform, costed, and you decide.
